R. Fleming Construction approaches every home construction project as a custom home. While we do have a set of available house plans to work from, we offer every customer a chance to modify those plans or start completely from scratch.

 

It doesn’t matter if you have your eyes on our Villa Rambler style home or our unique Butternut Split Level plans, we will work with you to develop the home you dream of. And it’s not just the plans, or the framework, of your home that matter for customization. We custom build your home so that everything from flooring to fixtures looks exactly like you want it to.

R. Fleming Construction works with customers regardless of the size of home they want to build or the price-range they can afford. In every home building project we follow a very simple process that always includes a personal touch.

 

Step one: We draw up a project based on your general ideas making sure the plans are within your budget.

 

Step two: We meet with you to discuss all of the options available to you, such as entry way styles, garage door types, counter top material and so on.

 

Step three: We price out your new home based on the plans and the options you’ve chosen. At this point we make sure the project is still within your budget.

 

Step four: Once the plans are finalized and the time of year is right we begin building. We are a service-oriented business and will update you on the progress of your home throughout the project.
